Account Manager

who can strengthen relationships with grocery accounts, oversee merchandising execution, and help expand the company’s footprint in Michigan.

What You’ll Do

Own relationships with retail grocery buyers and store managers.

Ensure product placement, merchandising, resets, and promotional displays are executed to plan.

Coordinate schedules with merchandisers and delivery teams.

Conduct customer needs analysis to drive sales growth and satisfaction.

Resolve account issues quickly and proactively.

Track competitive activity and share feedback with leadership.

Consistently achieve sales targets and grow account volume.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of account management or territory sales, ideally in

CPG, food, or grocery distribution .

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.

Merchandising and retail execution experience.

Organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple accounts.

Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) preferred but not required.

Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and travel within the Detroit metro area.
