Tractor Supply Company Overall Job Summary The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and solutions. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements. Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately. Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate. Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature. Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store. Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently. Move throughout the store for entire shifts. Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively. Handle contact with birds/poultry. Complete all training successfully.
