The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to handle and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include: Maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs. Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues, and proposing solutions. Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly. Performing store-specific measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts. Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately. Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials. Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery. Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate. Ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors. Providing peak coverage as needed, e.g., DAT. Performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently. Working Conditions
Generally indoor environment with moderate noise. Hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt, with adequate lighting and temperature. Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store. Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines. Physical Requirements
Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently. Move throughout the store during shifts. Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
