As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions. Accurately complete planograms and resets in a timely manner. Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts accurately. Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value & Appreciate. Ensure customers have a differentiated shopping experience. Provide peak coverage during special occasions (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete assignments. Working Conditions

Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature. Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours and involve travel between store locations using personal vehicle. Adherence to safety guidelines is required to promote a safe work environment. Physical Requirements

Ability to travel and perform physical tasks, including pushing/pulling merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, and operating store equipment. Must be capable of standing, walking, reaching overhead, and moving throughout the store efficiently and safely. Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry and complete required training.
