The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following: Maintain regular attendance. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless business needs dictate otherwise. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions. Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly. Perform store-specific measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and timely. Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate. Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that stands out from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities
Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently. Working Conditions
Generally indoor environment with moderate noise. Hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature. Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours. Promote a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines. Physical Requirements
Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently. Move throughout the store for entire shifts. Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
