(Job Responsibilities) Develop profitable business and sources of new business through engagement with existing and prospective Independent Agencies Manage territory by evaluating competitor products, rates, and activities to provide strategic recommendations Maintain current knowledge of underwriting territory and the nature of agents' business Execute disciplined sales processes to ensure consistent achievement of financial objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/producers to enhance business development What is Required

Minimum of 3 years of territorial sales and marketing experience Proven outstanding sales performance with a strong desire to succeed Experience with agency training Exceptional sales and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
