Regional Sales Representative

COATNEY SALES, INC is a Manufacturer's Representative company serving OEM Boat Builders, the Marine Aftermarket, RV, Sporting Goods, Spa Builders, ATV/UTV, and the Specialty Vehicle sectors. Based out of Fremont, Indiana, USA, the company supports a wide range of industries with dedicated and professional services. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Representative located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, with some tasks being performed remotely. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining detailed records of sales progress, conducting market research, and reporting to management on sales activities and results. The role also involves regular travel within the designated region to meet with clients and attend industry events. Responsibilities Develop and nurture client relationships within the designated region. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Maintain detailed records of sales progress and activities in the company CRM and other systems. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs. Report to management on sales activities, progress, and results. Travel regularly within the Midwest region to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications Sales experience, including relationship building and client management Knowledge of the industries served by COATNEY SALES, INC (Marine, RV, Sporting Goods, etc.) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Willingness to travel regularly within the Midwest
