What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully & self-insured market, focusing on the 50-200 life segment Continue and expand existing fully insured broker partnerships Develop infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline Manage relationships within a partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role Strong desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment Experience in health insurance strongly preferred Strong ability to present and communicate effectively Commitment to the mission of improving the healthcare system How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior experience in the fully & self-insured market Familiarity with partnership ecosystems in healthcare Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Strong analytical skills for tracking sales performance Excellent networking abilities with industry professionals We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
