What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully and self-insured market, focusing on the 50-200 life segment

Continue and expand existing fully insured broker partnerships

Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline

Manage relationships within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers

Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role

Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders

Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment

Desire to contribute to improving the healthcare system

Health insurance experience strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in the healthcare industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with the fully and self-insured market

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
