Achieve Monthly Volume / POS Targets, including 16" & above in GY and 14" & above in Kelly. Appoint new dealers, onboard new BROs, and increase the market share. Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in the assigned sales area. Monitor sales performance against agreed targets and recommend/implement remedial actions where necessary. Adhere to the Beat Plan & PJP. Provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market movements. Deliver on AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion). Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Cooperate with other departments to implement approved service solutions effectively. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports. Deliver periodical progress reports and proactively submit recommendations for improving the approach to the marketplace.
