Executive

to lead our expansion into bars, restaurants, and off-premise retail channels.

Position Overview:

As a

Sales Executive , you will be responsible for building and executing the regional sales strategy for our cider portfolio. You will lead all aspects of on- and off-premise sales, focusing on key accounts, relationship building, and growing brand presence in bars, restaurants, and liquor stores within a defined territory. A strong background in the alcohol beverage industry—preferably in craft beverages—is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategy

across both on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (liquor stores, bottle shops, grocery) channels Grow account base

by identifying, targeting, and securing new customers and strategic partnerships Manage and expand relationships with

wholesalers , ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand positioning Set and track

KPIs, sales targets, forecasts , and territory objectives Assist with recruiting and training efforts,

and lead a small but growing team of territory sales reps or brand ambassadors Conduct

market visits , product tastings, and staff training to increase product knowledge and sell-through Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure

effective product launches, promotions , and market activations Stay informed on

industry trends, competitor activity , and customer preferences to inform sales strategy Requirements:

4+ years of sales experience

in the alcoholic beverage industry Proven success selling

hard cider or similar craft beverage products

to both on-premise and off-premise accounts Existing relationships with key buyers in regional or national on/off-premise chains is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently Willingness to travel regionally as needed Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits:
