Strong project experience with capital improvement projects. Experience designing equipment to food and safety standards. Appropriation preparation including cost estimates, savings, and timing plan. Ensuring projects are completed on time within budget or with successful attainment of objectives. Development of project scope, justification, and factory/company impact. Completing specific phases or aspects of the project, such as technical studies, product design, and preparation of specifications and technical plans. Providing functional and technical support to the factories to minimize production and maintenance problems. Preparing interim and completion project reports. Hiring and supervising various contractors in the scope of project management. Applying engineering expertise to equipment design, problem-solving, and quality improvement. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering school or related field. 5+ years of experience in full-cycle Project Engineering. Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems as it relates to a manufacturing environment and high-speed production equipment for food products. Collaboration with engineering and operations teams to integrate safety considerations into product design, manufacturing processes, and new equipment installations. Strong communication skills for presentations to factory staff on technical issues or specific project activity. Benefits
