$70,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Sous Chef – High-End Culinary & Catering Leadership We’re seeking an accomplished
Sous Chef
to join a premier hospitality operation. This role requires a culinary professional with a
background in high-end hotels, fine dining, or upscale catering environments , who can deliver excellence in both day-to-day operations and large-scale event execution. What You’ll Do: Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily culinary operations with a strong focus on consistency, precision, and guest satisfaction. Lead the
execution of catering functions, banquets, and high-volume events , ensuring elevated service that reflects fine-dining standards. Assist with menu implementation, production, and presentation while upholding uncompromising food quality. Manage purchasing, cost controls, and inventory within budget guidelines. Provide hands-on leadership, training, and supervision to kitchen associates, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism. Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and brand standards. What We’re Looking For: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience. Proven success in
high-end hospitality, fine dining, luxury hotels, or upscale catering . Expertise in catering and banquet execution is essential. Strong knowledge of food production, quality standards, sanitation, and cost management. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen management systems. ServSafe certification preferred. A polished, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments. Why Join Us?
