GFT Technologies Collaborate with Delivery Management and work as a close-knit team to meet revenue growth expectations Drive teams to perform projects on Agile approach respecting GFT policies & processes. Ensure adequate staffing (capacity and capabilities) with the Program Manager. Ensure clear definition of responsibilities of the team project. Present Status Report of Projects and Engagements to clients (following standard templates). Monitor and control the execution of the project/program. Review the quality reports with respect to the project/program (monitor and track non-compliances issues). Establish a partnership relation with PSU and IDUs / track career path of the team. Review regularly the status of projects / programs (including financials) with the Sales and Delivery Executives Escalation of project / program risks and issues to the Sales and Delivery Executives Resolve upcoming escalation about project/program risks and issues from Program Manager or Customer Execute the strategic roadmap to penetrate the customer together with the Client Manager Consult customer management on strategic technical trends and initiatives Ensure that the project/program adheres to the agreed budget and schedule Coach and make Program Managers as his/her backups. Prepare GFT candidates for final client screening to ensure very high client acceptance rate of candidates for open roles / positions Jira and staff request for new positions… run technical interviews, etc… cultural – schedule interviews with client Mandatory Requirements: Strong preference for candidates in the NewYork Tri-State area Required atleast 8-10 years of experience in the IT services industry.
