Minimum qualifications: PhD degree from an accredited institution in German Studies or related field. Must meet university criteria for appointments to the rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction. Advanced German language skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred qualifications: At least two years of experience teaching German language and culture at the university level. Experience teaching asynchronous online German courses Experience in organizing and conducting study abroad programs, co-curricular activities, and community outreach. Budget and Compliance
