Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience. Green River, WY Key Responsibilities

Champions a safe work environment and ensures adherence to safety policies Aligns department goals with business imperatives through short and long-term planning Ensures that performance goals are met, including production, volume, and safety Establishes operational discipline by following the Services Manager daily standard work processes, monitors, measures, and audits department leaders to ensure accountability for adherence to daily standard work processes Contributes to and adheres to annual site budgets Proactively monitors and manages costs Develops and maintains long-term plan for department Promotes and participates in continuous improvement initiatives Fosters team building and collaboration within and across departments Promotes and models open and honest communication Executes and enforces the Performance Management Process Proactively coaches and develops team members Role models culture and core values of the organization Owns and enforces the Services Execution Control Systems (ECS), including KPI’s Ore quality and stockpile inventory Activities

Serves as a member of the Mine Leadership Team Develops and maintains Department Safety Action Plan Enforces MSHA rules and regulations Resource to help with MSHA and other regulatory agencies – through management, as needed Drives execution of the work schedule to optimize production, preventive maintenance activities, and workforce effectiveness Develops area budget, including capital spending and forecast Prioritize work and projects for department Manages overtime usage to comply with the business needs and the CBA Collaborates with Maintenance, Production, and Technical Managers to proactively identify improvement opportunities and to optimize asset reliability Acts as resource coordinator for group (internal and external) Oversees a loss prevention program Oversees inspections of all pertinent areas Manages problem-solving and continuous improvement in department Promotes development of procedures to support work practices Provides invoice authorization Provides input to determine impact on surface operations Participates in site-wide networks Provides direction to salaried personnel Resolves employee conflicts and safety issues Skills, Capability And Educational Requirements

B.S. in Engineering or 5 years of operational experience; (10 years preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience required Wyoming Mine Foreman Papers - Underground Trona required Demonstrated leadership and ‘Drive for Results’ skills Demonstrated capability in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Final determination on pay grade and salary will be made by HR and company leadership holistically considering the candidate’s education, experience, past performance, demonstrated leadership and influence.
