Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience. Accurate and timely financial reporting Compliance with Company Financial Standards Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley/internal controls Activities
Support site safety initiatives Support Project Controller Ensure compliance with internal/external audit Audit project: Spending, actual vs. forecast Contract compliance, including change request Verification of goods received Invoice coding Cash remitted Retention balance Conduct period end closing activities including accruals Research and report variances Compile and analyze month end results Compile and analyze forecasts Maintain capital projects within SAP Reconcile and maintain applicable general ledger accounts Payroll Administration and Support Coordinate audits Act as SAP power user Respond to requests for information from business areas Complete payroll month end close process by posting necessary journal entries to record activity, update account balances Reconcile payroll related balance sheet accounts Support Accounts Payable Team Other work as assigned Skill, Capability And Educational Requirements
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field from an accredited 4-year college or university Intermediate MS Office skills Preferred Skills And Experience
SAP or Oracle Experience MBA from an accredited college or university Experience with payroll or payroll support Experience in tax or tax support Final determination on pay grade will be made by HR and company leadership holistically considering the candidate’s education, experience, past performance, demonstrated leadership and influence.
