Leadership & Communication: Guide efforts to improve GC practice and workflows by building support from key partners, removing barriers that slow progress, and leading communication with GC faculty. MS Genetic Counseling degree from an accredited University program required Board certification by ABGC Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a GC required Current clinical activity practicing as a certified GC Assistant Professor
Medical Degree Board certification by ABGC Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a GC required, interest in pursuing academic promotion Current clinical activity practicing as a certified GC Associate Professor
Medical Degree Board certification by ABGC Minimum of seven (10) years of experience as a GC required, interest in pursuing academic promotion Current clinical activity practicing as a certified GC Condition of Employment: Must successfully pass a drug test through Children's Hospital Colorado Must be willing and able to pass a national criminal background check Notes: Any drug testing requirements and contact information are specified in the job posting. Preferred Qualifications: Training or certification in quality improvement or process improvement projects (e.g., Lean, IHQSE). Demonstrated ability to lead teams with vision, collaboration, and strategic foresight.
