Accounting Manager

KBW Financial has partnered with a fast-growing, privately held company based in Middlesex County that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team!

This newly created role was designed to support continued growth and bring leadership to key operational areas within the accounting function. Responsibilities: Own and lead the

R&D accrual process , partnering closely with Clinical Ops and external vendors

Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and senior leadership to improve reporting accuracy and month-end efficiency

Mentor and oversee a small team, supporting AP and general ledger activities

Work closely with remote finance leadership to optimize internal processes and support audit readiness

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts while driving continuous improvement

Leverage ERP and financial tools to streamline workflows (prior NetSuite experience a plus, but not required)

Contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment with strong leadership and growth opportunities
