Accounting Manager
to lead the financial operations within our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial data. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Cost Accounting & Analysis: Track and analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and operational efficiencies. Budgeting & Forecasting Establish, maintain, and improve accounting policies and internal controls. Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Ensure the team\'s professional development through coaching, training, and feedback. Partner with operations, supply chain, and other departments to align financial goals with business strategies. Support ERP implementations and upgrades to improve accounting systems and processes Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or related field CPA or CMA preferred 7+ years of experience (2+ years of management experience) Manufacturing/ Cost accounting experience required Seniority level
