Base pay range

and wants to make a measurable impact within a collaborative team. What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of accounting processes and financial reporting for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of key financial data. Key responsibilities include: Manage project-level accounting and maintain accurate general ledgers Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Handle AP/AR, account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP Support audits, tax filings, and financial due diligence activities Conduct monthly actuals vs. budget variance analysis Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and debt covenant compliance Prepare and submit required financial deliverables under financing agreements What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required) Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to public accounting Solid understanding of GAAP and familiarity with financing compliance Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Seniority level
