Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) 8–12 years of accounting/payroll experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Supervisory experience Payroll processing and compliance (W-2, 940, 941, etc.) Job Description
Supervise monthly/quarterly/year-end close and reconciliations Oversee accounts payable and payroll processing Manage accruals, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules Ensure compliance with wage/tax laws and reporting (W-2s, 940s, 941s) Support internal and external audits Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain procedural documentation and internal control processes Provide vendor management support and participate in risk assessments Collaborate with team members and cross-train as needed Perform accounting research and technical memos Industry
