About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing, publicly traded technology company is seeking an Associate Manager, Revenue Accounting to join its expanding finance organization. This is a newly created role driven by business growth, offering exposure to global operations, complex revenue streams, and opportunities to help shape best-in-class processes. The position reports into the Director of Revenue Accounting, with future upward mobility as the team continues to scale. Key Responsibilities

Lead portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Oversee revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables. Manage and refine revenue recognition processes, including reserves, allowances, and deferred revenue schedules. Partner cross-functionally with Deal Desk, FP&A, Client Services, and Billing to ensure accurate order-to-cash accounting. Assist with technical research, accounting memos, and implementation of ASC 606 guidance as needed. Support SOX compliance by designing, documenting, and maintaining strong internal controls. Mentor and guide revenue accounting staff, contributing to career development and technical growth. Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews. Participate in special projects, process improvements, and policy updates to support scale and efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including both public accounting and industry roles. Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience across the revenue cycle (billing through cash). Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred Experience

CPA designation or progress toward licensure. Exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition. Prior experience in public accounting and/or within a global, technology-driven company. Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar). Why Apply?
