Auditor

We are hiring for a local, family-owned accounting firm seeking an Auditor to join their growing team. This role will focus on providing audit and assurance services to nonprofit organizations and other local businesses, helping them maintain compliance and financial transparency. The Auditor will work closely with clients to review financial records, assess internal controls, and prepare clear reports and recommendations. Responsibilities

Perform audits of nonprofit organizations in accordance with professional standards. Review financial statements, records, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance. Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit clients through professional and responsive service. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Understanding of audit principles and accounting standards. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPA or CPA eligibility preferred, but not required. Location: Jacksonville, FL.
