Looking for an experienced Executive Chef who is not afraid of high-volume, high-pressure upscale dining. This well-known restaurant group, located in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, has a stellar reputation. Manage a high-volume culinary team and oversee operations with strong business acumen. Proven leadership skills and experience developing team members who strive for flawless execution, fostering a respectful environment. Ability to create new menus, appreciate Creole cuisine, flavor profiles, and plating presentation. Maintain a safe work environment and uphold cleanliness standards. Minimum of 5+ years in a culinary role with a proven track record as an Executive Chef. High-volume experience with annual revenues of at least $5 million. Attention to detail, non-negotiable standards for cleanliness and recipe adherence. Ability to lead and motivate a team for flawless menu execution. Business skills in cost accounting, inventory control, and labor management. ServeSafe certification is required; proficiency in technology is a plus. Benefits
