This position is full-time and may be based in Manhattan, NY or Purchase, NY. Responsibilities Of An Investor Services (IS) Professional

Providing day-to-day investor services to both the Fund Manager and the investors in the fund Providing oversight and guidance to other team members Escalating operational issues to line management in a timely manner Principal Accountabilities

Service Delivery Act as a primary contact point for fund investors Act as a primary contact point to the Fund Manager for investor-related information Provide authorized parties with copies of fund investment documentation Open new investor accounts ensuring compliance with fund documentation, anti-money laundering requirements, statutory regulations and company policies Process investor transactions in line with fund documentation and relevant regulations Process cash movements associated with investor activity Provide investors and nominees with statements, contract notes and other documentation Handle queries from investors and fund managers in a professional and prompt manner, escalating where appropriate Ensure fund records are complete and organized Produce MIS and other internal operational reports This role has particular responsibility for the second level review of activity entered by fellow team members All activities should be carried out in compliance with client SLAs Skills and Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Training and mentoring of some team members; escalation point for team; ensuring policies and controls are understood; timely issue awareness Compliance: Detailed knowledge of fund offering documents, applicable domicile regulations, internal policies, and anti-money laundering controls Projects: Identifying system enhancements to reduce risk and improve service; participating in project lifecycle; records conversion What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley
