Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive / Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts. This role combines prospecting, client engagement, and solution selling to help achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking). Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term partnerships. Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Present products and services to prospective clients and tailor solutions to their needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and update CRM systems regularly. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach. Preferred: Experience in Value-Added Reseller (VAR) sales or technology/product sales. Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape. Seniority level
