Manage sales and account relationships within assigned territory for Besse Medical products and solutions Achieve specific sales targets for revenue, profit, and margin growth within the community physician pharmacy segment Ensure contract compliance and negotiate Prime Vendor Agreements with existing customers Collaborate with functional departments to onboard new customers and implement effective solutions Analyze reports and data to develop strategies for continued sales growth and profitability Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Proven consultative selling skills with a successful track record in a diverse customer marketplace Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of retail and alternate care industries, including trends and challenges Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and adapt to various audiences Preferred Qualifications
