Responsibilities

Drive sales and account management within assigned territory, focusing on customer retention and contract compliance

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to facilitate sales growth

Negotiate Prime Vendor Agreements (PVA) and ensure ongoing contract compliance

Collaborate with functional departments to onboard new customers and implement effective solutions

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for profitability growth and achieve monthly sales/activity goals

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record of successful consultative selling in a diverse customer marketplace

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of retail and alternate care industries and their associated challenges

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related sales segments

Familiarity with community physician markets and their specific needs

Demonstrated ability to influence diverse audiences and adapt communication styles accordingly

Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
