Responsibilities
Achieve specific business sales targets for revenue and profit growth within assigned territory
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and successful renewals
Negotiate Prime Vendor Agreements (PVA) and ensure ongoing contract compliance
Monitor and analyze reports to measure profitability and develop strategies for success
Collaborate with functional departments to onboard new customers and implement solutions
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated history of successful consultative selling skills in a diverse customer marketplace
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the retail and alternate care segments
Advanced understanding of financial concepts relevant to maximizing sales profit
Strong presentation and time management skills
Ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
Proven ability to actively listen and influence others
