We’re building a new Inside Sales Hub in Tampa and we’re looking for driven sales professionals early in their careers who are ready to learn fast, work hard and help shape something from the ground up. This is a full-cycle, outbound sales role with real opportunities for advancement.
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline and closing net-new business with small to mid-sized companies. This is a hunters role focused on outbound prospecting, virtual consults and deal execution.
You will get direct coaching, clear expectations, and the chance to grow in a high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do:
Drive outbound outreach daily via phone, email, LinkedIn and other creative channels
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce
Lead discovery calls and guide business owners through our solutions
Create and present clear, value-driven proposals
Close new payroll business in a full-cycle sales process
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and revenue
Take feedback, apply it, and stay consistent
Who You Are:
You are early in your sales career but already showing strong potential. You’re hungry, coachable, and excited to take on a full-cycle sales role where your performance directly drives your results.
1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR roles or similar high-activity environments
Strong communicator — especially over the phone and in follow-up
Motivated, organized, and comfortable owning your pipeline
Open to coaching and focused on continuous improvement
Committed to consistency, competitiveness, and high standards
