We provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and many other BIM services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role

Right now, we're looking for Enterprise Account Executives who will represent us with new and existing clients, and who have experience in the BIM or VDC industries, offering these kinds of services to top GCs and MEP contractors. These profiles will work with a team of 15 people within our Sales & Marketing areas on end-to-end sales processes, from finding or unearthing new clients and connecting to existing ones, aiming to secure deals, and contributing expertise to establish long-term partnerships. Mandatory Requirements : Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Top Job Responsibilities

Develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients, while maintaining and expanding existing ones, serving as the primary point of contact. Potential clients include General Contractors and MEP subcontractors of any kind. Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and potentially some of our own tech products. This is a relationship-based sales process focused within the Account Executive’s location/region. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Design and develop sales strategies and create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities. Around 40% travel time involved (1-3 times a month, several days at a time). Compensation & Benefits
