Contract Commercial Sales Support Specialist

Fluidra is looking for a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
This role is responsible for delivering technical support to the company's commercial sales division, with a primary focus on commercial pool products. The position facilitates daily communication with customers, engineering firms, factories, and the Fluidra Commercial Sales Team to develop and provide submittals, including drawings, specifications, and quotations, for commercial pool projects.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate comprehensive submittal packages, including drawings, technical specifications, quotations, and other necessary documentation based on project requirements for finished goods and custom parts.
Gather detailed project information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of submittal documentation, contributing to the development of competitive proposals that meet design and pricing specifications.
Facilitate the quote process by ensuring thorough communication with customers, project managers, engineering firms, factories, and Fluidra Sales Teams to collect all essential information for quote preparation.
Maintain organized and detailed project records within internal tracking systems including Epicor, Salesforce, and/or Excel Spreadsheets.
Upon receiving purchase orders, coordinate between project managers, customers, and production teams to manage custom design requirements, including drawing creation, technical documentation, and design validation with the customer.
Provide training to the Customer Service department regarding product design, warranty and technical elements as needed.
Share customer feedback with management including market prices, delivery times, and quality perception.
Support special projects as needed.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a product coordinator or specialist
1+ years’ experience with AutoCAD and/or Solid Works
Demonstrated expertise within swimming pool product categories
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
