Enterprise Account Executive

Founded in 2007, we have positioned ourselves as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members. Who We Are : We provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and many other BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role : We're looking for Account Executives who will represent us with new and existing clients, and who have already worked in the BIM or VDC industries, offering these kinds of services to top GCs and MEP contractors. Responsibilities : Develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients, maintain and expand existing ones, serve as their primary point of contact. Sell all of ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and might involve selling some of our own tech products as well. Top Job Responsibilities : Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct market research, design and develop sales strategies, create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing terms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Mandatory Requirements : Proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools, willingness to travel as needed.
