As a US Windchill PLM Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and maintaining our Windchill PLM system in North America, ensuring efficiency and timeliness while contributing to a more sustainable world. Your responsibilities will include: Understanding and discovering business needs, and writing/updating standard operating procedures accordingly Configuring Windchill PLM according to business needs using out-of-the-box features and settings Developing and executing functional PLM tests, including PLM upgrade regression testing, nominal PLM settings tests, performance testing, and software error tests Contributing to use case capitalization/lessons-learned documentation Supporting end users during User Acceptance Testing and validation Executing support requests/tasks issued by internal ticketing system Performing root cause analysis when required Training end users Supporting project leaders in workload estimation/project execution Creating progress reports for Windchill solution leader What we offer: Competitive salaries Paid holidays Recognition programs Comprehensive benefits Retirement (401K) plans with employer match Professional development opportunities Tuition assistance Over 300 career paths across global sites Work Culture:
