Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their heating and cooling needs. Accurately measure homes and calculate system requirements to determine proper sizing and layout. Prepare detailed job proposals and present system options clearly and confidently to customers. Provide accurate pricing for HVAC installations, replacements, and upgrades. Develop strong customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and excellent follow-up. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth handoff and successful completion of sold projects. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, manufacturer offerings, and financing programs. Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in HVAC sales. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and load calculation methods. Ability to accurately measure, scope, and price HVAC jobs. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. What We Offer
