Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Assist in menu planning, considering dietary restrictions and preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service times. Provide assistance as needed for catering events or special functions. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is preferred. Proficient in menu planning and understanding dietary needs. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices. What We Offer
