include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Recruit and hire capable Partners. Conduct personal self-sourced recruiting for your assigned area including Loan Officers, Teams, and Mergers/Acquisitions. Develop relationships with Retail Recruiters for future hiring needs. Assist with expansion into new markets and cities. Follow UHM Growth Training Guidelines and acknowledge prohibitions. Interview candidates personally and with Branch Managers. Drive growth by setting monthly goals with Branch Managers, tracking progress, and communicating updates with management. Coordinate Round-Table sessions and logistics. Ensure effective use of the documented sales hiring process and collaborate with the National Sales Manager on offers and employment agreements. Loan Officer On-Boarding Complete onboarding protocols and system registration. Review licensing, set up transfers, and follow up until completion within 30 days. Notify HR of transition financial guidelines and maintain incentive logs. Validate space, equipment, and supplies before start date. Ensure new Loan Officers and Branch Managers attend formal UHM Transition Training within 30 days. Set up compensation structures and update plans quarterly. Act as an ambassador of UHM, promoting a positive work culture. New Office Development/On-Boarding Assist in building new branches, following guidelines for space, lease, and furnishings. Forecasting Present production forecasts based on Branch reports to the GAP Committee. Coaching and Training Own the success of new hires through structured training and ongoing coaching. Ensure all new staff participate in required training sessions within specified timeframes. Implement Core Training and review call reports for coaching. Develop individual developmental plans and corrective actions. Maintain effective field coaching and review financial statements to drive production. Support Programs & Policies Ensure compliance with UHM protocols, policies, and regulatory rules. Monitor pipeline management and maintain privacy standards. Administrative Functions Manage department reports, budget, and competitor knowledge. Ensure licensing and compliance tracking. Personal Production & Corporate Support Lead by example in origination standards and uphold the UHM Code of Conduct. Serve as liaison to leadership teams as needed. Skills/Qualifications Negotiation, motivation, relationship-building, coaching, process management, market knowledge, budgeting, staffing, decision-making, professionalism, quality focus, supervisory skills. Education & Experience Minimum five years of loan origination experience. At least two years supervisory experience. High School Diploma or GED required.
