What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify and analyze new Government Account opportunities for long-term growth

Own assigned Government Accounts and develop compelling growth strategies

Prepare and negotiate new business proposals while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

Communicate progress toward business development milestones to company management

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure engagement and alignment for each Government Account

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and strategic-level relationships

Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesForce CRM system

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in government account management or public sector sales

Proven track record of achieving financial metrics and business development goals

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
