Teach residential electrical construction wiring methods, including relevant NEC codes, safe practices with tools and materials, and residential blueprint reading. Deliver courses in laboratory and lecture settings. Coordinate class meeting times in the evening and manage online coursework as needed. Required Qualifications

7 years of relevant electrical construction experience and current Journeyman Electrician license. Or 5 years of relevant electrical construction experience and current Journeyman Electrician license with an Associate degree. Required Skills

Demonstrate current electrical and construction industry knowledge. Use various presentation methods to lecture and demonstrate within a class or lab environment to diverse audiences. Work safely with a variety of industrial tools and installation operations in a lab environment. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

3 years of relevant electrical construction experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Current Master Electrician license. 3 years of teaching or training experience within the construction industry. Compensation and Benefits

Starting Salary Range:

AJCR $1,208-$1,344 per credit hour and in accordance with the adjunct table, determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.
