Job Summary

The selected candidate will be trained to provide leadership and support across the Enrollment Pathway in multi faceted activities associated with Prospects, Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration and Records, Retention, Graduation, etc. Duties include: Providing customer service support via Live-Chat/Person, telephone, e-mail, and in-person. Providing information about requirements, deadline dates, and general information. Providing support with general office duties. Ability to provide superb and excellent customer service to enable prospective and current students to conduct their business in the enrollment area in a timely and efficient manner. Knowledge of PC operations and software (Windows). Ability to maintain pleasant working relationship and work well in a team environment. Who May Apply

Students enrolled at FIU, who have been awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) as part of their Financial Aid Award package. Student must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate, during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Upon credits decreasing, award being canceled, or graduating, FWS employment must end. Advertised Salary
