Overview

Senior Right of Way Agent (SRWA) in Real Property Services (RPS) helps coordinate the development and management of state-owned rights-of-way for renewable energy generation, storage, and electrical transmission and distribution. The incumbent will draft new policies and guidance documentation related to the new policy, liaise between internal and external stakeholders and Caltrans districts, and research and identify the issues and policies impeding the development of state-owned rights-of-way for renewable energy generation and storage. Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Office Chief for Real Property Services, the SRWA coordinates the development and management of state-owned rights-of-way for renewable energy generation, storage, and electrical transmission and distribution. The incumbent will draft new policies and guidance documentation, liaise between internal and external stakeholders and Caltrans districts, and research and identify issues and policies impeding the development of state-owned rights-of-way for renewable energy generation and storage.
