Job Description
What You’ll Do
Manage all billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and share insights with ownership. Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term strategy. Monitor daily cash flow and forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs. Oversee inventory tracking, fixed asset records, and depreciation schedules. Administer the company’s 401(k) plan and employee benefits programs. Manage and renew business, auto, and liability insurance policies. Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business performance. Support operational improvements and growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience (transportation industry preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
