Financial Center Consultant II
to create energy and excitement around EECU products and services, providing the right solutions and products for our members.
This position and Financial Center is located inside the Granbury HEB. EECU is dedicated to delivering excellence in service, starting with discovering our members' needs. The Financial Center Consultant II will rotate within the financial center, supporting members with products and services. You may be the first person members meet when conducting teller transactions, but also guide them through advising, suggestive selling, and setting up new products. The role involves conducting consultative selling sessions, performing financial profiles to identify relationship expansion opportunities, and utilizing reports provided by management. About 70% of your time will be spent on platform functions, with the rest assisting with teller responsibilities. We seek someone proud to represent EECU and who finds satisfaction in building lifelong relationships. Key qualifications for the Financial Center Consultant II:
Proven goal achievement in loan production Cross selling and referral skills are strongly preferred Ability to deliver excellent member experiences through constant personal interaction Providing complete service and sales experiences, exceeding monthly sales goals Performing member service functions such as opening loans/accounts and resolving operational issues Supporting marketing initiatives within the branch Building rapport with members through excellent service Bilingual in Spanish preferred Available to work Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm, and Saturdays 9am-2:30pm Applicants' credit history will be evaluated; only those with good credit will be considered. A background check including employment, criminal, and drug screening is required for employment. Knowledge and experience required:
1-2 years of experience in retail or financial environments emphasizing service and rapport building Knowledge of retail operations, platform, and teller operations preferred Strong communication skills for all interactions Enthusiasm and professionalism with ownership and accountability Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Good listening, problem-solving, and empathy skills Computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills College degree preferred Fort Worth-based EECU has been committed to providing members with "A Better Way of Banking" for over 90 years.
