Exciting Career Opportunity: Financial Center Consultant II at our EECU Hulen Financial Center. EECU is looking for a dynamic Financial Center Consultant II who brings energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to every member interaction. You’ll be the driving force behind exceptional service, helping members discover the right products and solutions for their financial goals, from welcoming members as the first point of contact to guiding them through new accounts and loan production. The position will rotate within the branch to support members with products and services as needed. You may be the first person members meet in our financial center who may advise, suggestive sell, and set up their new products. The Financial Center Consultant II will conduct consultative selling sessions and perform financial profiles to identify relationship expansion opportunities. You will primarily perform platform functions, open new accounts, and support loan production, while representing EECU to create lifelong members through genuine relationships. Responsibilities

Provide consultative selling sessions and perform financial profiles to identify relationship expansion opportunities. Open new accounts and process loan production; perform a broad variety of member service functions and assist with teller duties as needed. Deliver a complete service and sales experience that meets or exceeds monthly sales goals. Support marketing initiatives within the branch and proactively build rapport with members through excellent service. Cover lobby responsibilities, greet all members, answer calls, and direct members to appropriate staff. Support compliance with applicable laws and internal policies; contribute to a compliant, ethical environment. Qualifications

One year minimum experience in a retail or financial environment focused on service and relationship building. Retail operations knowledge (platform and teller operations) preferred. Strong communication skills for interactions with members; high level of ownership and accountability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks daily. Good listening, problem-solving, and empathetic approach; solid computer, math, and written communication skills. College degree preferred. Bilingual required — able to speak, read, and write Spanish. Availability during hours: 8:00 am – 6:15 pm (Mon–Fri) and 8:45 am – 1:15 pm (Sat). Compliance and Conditions

Responsible for compliance with all Federal and State rules and regulations including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, privacy regulations, and consumer protection regulations. Attendance at initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training is required. About EECU
