What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison between the employer's Smart Power Solutions and strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies to enhance customer relationships and meet business needs - Manage and grow large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and product categories - Provide regular forecasts to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ensure legal compliance in sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales, with at least 2 years managing key accounts in the data center space - Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally 50% of the time - Knowledge of electrical power products and sales models within data centers - Skills in project management and effective communication for presentations and proposals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively - Familiarity with program/project management concepts - Skills in resolving quality and delivery concerns professionally and timely
