Training Coordinator

to design, coordinate, and deliver dynamic training programs that empower our staff and uphold the highest standards of compliance. This role is key to ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, and resources to provide exceptional care to the communities we serve. What You’ll Do

Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs across Santé Serve as administrator for all learning management systems (LMS), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Conduct training needs assessments and create development plans. Ensure compliance with CARF, BHA, and other regulatory requirements. Stay ahead of national training trends and best practices. Build CEU-approved training opportunities and career ladder programs. Use innovative tools (AI, webinars, video editing) to enhance learning. Track training effectiveness, maintain records, and continuously improve. Perform other duties as assigned. What We Require

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health and/or crisis intervention training roles strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role. Knowledge of regulatory training requirements (community-based or hospital settings). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, and oversee all LMS platforms. Flexibility for early mornings/evenings as needed.
