Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II in the Case Management Section of the Appeals Bureau, the Staff Services Analyst performs the analytical and technical tasks required for the processing and scheduling of administrative appeals conferences. These duties include coordinating with the Appeals Bureau staff, the Business Tax and Fee Division staff, and outside agencies. The analyst acts as the information source on the scheduling status, policies and procedures, and rules and regulations associated with appeals conferences. The analyst also consults with and makes recommendations to management on policies and procedures. The analyst acts as a back-up to other analysts in the Case Management Section. Job Details
