Job Description
Responsibilities Include: Structuring, negotiating, and executing a broad array of financing transactions, including sponsor-led acquisition financings, fund finance, special situations, and distressed lending matters. Leading deal teams through all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including origination, documentation, negotiation, and closing. Drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation such as credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor and subordination agreements, control agreements, and guarantees. Collaborating with cross-practice attorneys and advising clients on risk allocation, compliance, and market trends. Supporting workouts, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings when applicable.

Large AMLAW 100 law firm experience Excellent academic credentials Strong background in middle market finance 5+ to 7 years of experience Seniority level: Mid-Senior Minimum education: Juris Doctor Willingness to travel: Occasionally
