What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, evaluate, and pursue M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities
Lead all phases of deal execution, including diligence, valuation, and negotiations
Analyze market trends and industry landscapes to inform investment strategies
Build and maintain relationships with investment banks and strategic partners
Prepare materials and make recommendations to investment and executive committees
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development
Proven track record of successful deal execution in middle-market segments
Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
